Italian Beef sammys.Wifey would only try Wickles.I had Bomba and Giradinera. ;) If you use the recipe I posted...I doubled the gravy.If I do it again I will QUAD the gravy so I can DUNK em like they outta be.Also.I would NOT soak beef in gravy overnite.I would keep it seperate ,heat up da gravy then dunk the meat into the hot gravy to heat instead of reheating it all together.I like to hear beef MOO when I bite it!!! :evil:
