My wife bought some Mezzetta brand Tamed jalapeno peppers at our local grocery. (Pint size only) Very good flavor---not too hot. I believe that they are a variety that Texas A&M helped develop. Anyone familiar with this variety and more importantly where you can purchase in gallons vs pints? Gotta run, but will view any responses later. Thanks

I have heard of the TAM peppers.I planted some this year.The name comes from the originator.Texas A&M.Or TAM.I do not know where to buy them pre prepared.I can my own.Sorry.

You might check the container to see where they are produced and track them down that way.
