500 pounds for Christmas!

Hi all! I have mentioned my annual Christmas gift from my folks before, but I thought this really captured it! Every year when we go home to PA for deer hunting, we also get our christmas present, in this case, my supply of beef for the year! This was half of one of my parents angus. We got lots of steaks, nice thick ones (I get to choose!), stew meat, about 60 packages of 1/4 pound burgers, hamburger and roasts. Dave and I also got doe, so all the white packages are venison. My brother got a beautiful 8 point this year. The dark packages (4th row on the door) are frozen beets done up by Mark! I can't wait to try them!
