Salmon in the Egg

Hello to all,
it´s a long time ago, since I cooked my last salmon. I´ts a pity, cause salmon is great for grilling
Here the fish, cut into nice pieces:

the prepared cedar planks:


Salmon on the plank:


and cooked for 35 minutes @ 350 F in the egg:

That looks great! Salmon was my first egg cook and still one of my favorites. I have only done it direct. Never used the planks before.
