Does anyone have a recipe for a great chicken breast recipe for the egg that keeps meat moist and flavorful?

    You can brine them or marinate. I like to use a glaze of some sort.

    Search for yogurt chili chicken recipe from Fidel. It will come right up. I was getting bored w/ plain old chicken recipes so I tried this. It's amazing how the yogurt makes the crust. It's a little spicy, so depending on your preference, you may want to cut down on the chili powder. I think it might be the best chicken breast I've ever egged.
