Different Egg Colors

So I'm already looking at adding to my egg carton and was wondering where you can get a different color egg like the blue one that was posted earlier? I'm thinking red and black to support my school.

these were custom colored. only cost me about 1000 bucks.

(i did them in photoshop).

I think it was Granpa's Grub who painted one Gold a couple years back. I believe he used some sort of high end aircraft paint or somethin-or-another.

I've seen all Grandpas' Grubs eggs, they were green. I know the one you are talking about though, it was the guy that used the 90% alcohol to light his eggs.

Just a thought, but has anyone called corporate to see if you can pay a premium to have it custom colored. Don't see why they wouldn't do it if someone was willing to pay the price of the custom paint and the time involved in switching out the paint color on what ever gun they are shooting the eggs with.

You could also try a local ceramic manufacturer if you have one near you and inquire about a custom paint job. If you can find someone able to do it go online and buy a used BGE and then customize it.

Yo Stike. Funny story (funnier if you were there of course). The Dizzy Pig team was in Wildwood, NJ competing. The local beach crowd walks through all day. Often they ask questions about the Eggs we have cooking out front, or about cooking in general.

This guy and his wife walk by and start looking at the Eggs. He was about to say something when his wife butted in and asked Chuck "Do they come in purple?". The guy looks at his wife and says "big GREEN egg?!"

Then he looks at Chuck and says "You ever been to the dentist? See what I deal with every day?

Mighta had to be there, but we still laugh about that one.
