I've roasted them with evoo and seasoning but like to cut them in half and stirfry with some bacon fat. When they are tender but still a little crunchy, toss in some sesame seeds, the bacon that donated its fat, and deglaze with balsamic. Sweet, tart, and salty! Salt and pepper to taste.
