Need suggestions for good boning knife

Ms. NibbleMeThis wants to get me a boning knife for Christmas. I've just used my 8 and 10 inch chefs knives all this time.

Anyone have suggestions for buying a good boning knife? I'll be doing light stuff like breaking down ribeyes, pork loins and such.

For light work and getting in to tight places I use a stiff filet knife like the Rapala. Cheap, take a quick edge, available at most sporting goods/tackle shops

I'm not going to do a brand recommendation...That has been taken care of, but I will suggest that a shorter knife (5" to 6") should be all that you will need.
With just trimming and slicing a big knife is too hard to control. And....If you truly are going to bone out something, I personally like the small knives.
Just 2 cents worth!!
