Hey guys, I haven't been on here in a long time! Need to come more often, I always find a lot of helpful info.
A friend of mine is looking for a good gift to give his son in law who loves to cook on his grill.....I suggested an EGG but he said he didn't like him THAT much! He wants to get him a good pair of heavy gloves that he can use....like maybe heavy rubber or something. Any suggestions on where we can find some good gloves made for outdoor cooking?
I would appreciate any help. Have a great holiday, to all of you.

While they may not be quite as nicely finished, but welder's gloves that you can find at any welding supply shop offer equal or superior protection to "barbecue" gloves. They're easier to find and usually less expensive.

GOV or beerfairy had some gloves to die for.
I pulled a very hot plate setter and I saw beerfairy unloading glowing lump with these things.
PING either of those guys for some info....I'm interested too! Now that you jogged the brain!
