Reheating steak...IMO ruins steak  :( :ermm: !!! At least in the oven and the way I have tried in the past.
Thinking of trying hot tub to reheat. Anybody done the hot tub for previously cooked prime rib?
Any other ways to conserve the flavor would be appreciated.
Thanks!!!

I haven't found a good way to reheat prime rib. Let us know how the hot tub works.
I slice it real thin and have it cold with a sauce.

I slice it to the thickness I want and give it a short spin in the m/w. Never had a problem with that..

I like to blacken leftover prime. 1/2 in thick a little butter and blackend seasoning on to HOT skillet 1-2 min per side. Or on the egg as hot as you can get it. I like the leftovers better that the roast.
