I'm at Mom's for Thanksgiving so no egg. Still, I decided to try a Max turkey and loved it - especially the gravy! And I don't usually DO gravy! This was my first attempt at roasting a whole turkey and at making gravy of any kind. Seriously. Both were awesome!!

I always thought turkey was something that just "appeared" on the table and that gravy came from a jar. :) Not joking. :) Lots of work involved, but the results were fantastic. Seven of us for dinner and all thought it was outstanding - especially considering it was my first.

Thanks, Max - will definitely do this again!!

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Nope. She doesn't read the forum so she doesn't know what I said about her turkey. She was just happy to have someone else cook the beast!! :)
