Hope you all had a great holiday, even you Canadians. Thanks for looking.

I did not need to feed many folks so I took a 5 1/2 chicken, dried the skin 24 hours, placed basil pesto under the skin. Made some sausage dressing and added the pesto to it and stuffed the bird.

Placed on BGE indirect @375 with pecan for lite smoke, 1 hour 15 minutes.
