My "happy" turkey breast

What a wonderful day! I hope that everyone had a great day - if yours was half as good as mine, it was fantastic! 
Started off with a simple concoction of simple seasoning and a quick rub with olive oil.

The on the egg - indirect set up, drip pan filled with 50/50 - water - reisling. A very happy turkey in the making - and voila!

While the turkey was doing it's thing...baked a couple of pecan pies!

I have about a 50% failure rate with pecan pies (often they turn out runny and end up in the garbage). Today the stars were aligned - both were perfect! Looking forward to turkey sandwiches tomorrow for the Iron Bowl! Roll Tide ! :laugh:

Elizabeth we drink the runny ones :laugh: Reason we add burbon to them, never a bad one, some just better than others :PSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

They both look like perfection to me!Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!
