Spatcock Turkey Breast Direct Heat?

Happy Gobble Eggers,

I left my plate setter 150 miles away. I have a 6.5 lb turkey breast. Considering spatchcocking it and cooking it on a rigged raised grid direct 300-350.

Anyone know if the drippings will be too much and cause flame heaven? This is just a big breast.

Other option is to halfcock it and try to fit in my 15 quart deep fryer. Kinda leaning towards the fryer since I have never fried one myself... if it fits.
