I'm cookin.Spent the afternoon weatherproofin the back porch...Bring it on!Got 20 guests commin to a house more suited to 8.Gotta cook 4 turkeys so I'm firin up the offset. 
I SO wanted to do the MM turkey for just us.Oh well,another time.

It USED to be an EGG table!!! I wised up and bought a NEST/W/Handler for the Egg!!! A HECKUFALOT easier to move the Egg around now and the kettle fits nicely so ,,,,there ya go.

Lol, if they ban you, they can ban me too! Good looking setup you've got there, that table looks nice. I have wanted to get a kettle in a table for a while, but worried about the heat issue. I like your solution. I ended up getting a performer, but that custom table bug is still there ...
