Small full of meatballs

Have found meatballs are some much better egged than via oven.
They flavor the sauce with egg smoke especially if setting in the sauce for
a couple of days (dinner Wednesday).

Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.

    So much better a few days later after sitting. Kids coming in and trying to get meals ready early. This one just happens to be so much better done early.

    That looks great, but I think you might have squeezed one or two more on there. ;) I bet they do get better after sitting for a day or two. Please share the finished pics.
