Open wings, shake rub and put on Egg(no oil or anything). 30 min's eat well....375 direct and high on the small...

Looking good - I'm planning to egg some wings tomorrow to take to the office on Tuesday. The ladies voted on a Mexican themed luncheon for our Thanksgiving meal (last year we had Italian).
