fajitas, Pop's style

My late father used to make the best fajitas. Here is how he did it. Use skirt or Flap steak. Self-tenderize with a fork. season each side with lawry's and garlic sprinkles. Marinate overnight in the following mixture:

large bottom Krafts Original BBQ Sauce
small bottle of lime juice
3/4 bottle Dos XX (Green)

Shake of excess marinate and grill. You can cook em fast or slow -- however you prefer.

Baste heavily with marinade the last few minutes on each side.

Not your traditional flavored fajitas, but very good nonetheless!
