Ribeye's W/ Holy Smokin Chipotle

Jackie said put more of that Rub on this time I really like it so I did and rubbed it with Grape Seed Oil.


Eggs @ 450* seared for 3-min. then 1/4 turn and another 3-min.

Monday evening So. Cal. weather.


Flipped them over 2-min. then 1/4 turn then another 2-min.

Pulled @ 130* internal and rested for 10-min. Served with Baked Potato and Green Beans.

Cooked just the way we like them, Richard's Holy Smokin Chipotle was so flavorful and spicy. Thanks Richard

I have a package ready to go. Now I know what to use it on, thanks....Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.
