I saw his post a couple of days ago about TRexing a London broil. His looked so good, I just had to give it a shot. I've only had LB on rare occasions and have never cooked it myself. Frankly, it was never very good. This time, it was AWESOME!!!

I didn't take pics, but it looked very much like his, though his char was better. If you like a good piece of beef, you HAVE to try this! The pic, the method and the marinade recipe are here...

Served with corn on the cob and fresh asparagus. Great meal!!!
