ABT's/turkey bacon

Has anybody ever used turkey bacon for ABT's? The fact that I can't stop at one or two plays havoc with my gout (the disease of kings, the king of diseases). If I eat more than just a minimum amount of pork or drink more than a couple of beers or vodka, I can barely get a shoe on the next day. However, I've concluded that bourbon is good for it, so all is not lost.

    Turkey bacon is great. I think it would go well with abt's but it cooks much quicker than regular bacon. Might try and pre cook the peppers before building the abt's and wrapping in TB. Let us know how it works out cause I am thinking that I need me some TB ABT's too!
