Anyone know the chef at this restaurant? I had a Jerk Shrimp Soup out the the other night. It was delicious! I ate it so fast I didn't pay attention to the ingredients. I would love to try and find out what the recipe is. Or, does anyone know of a good jerk soup recipe?

I love to eat there. Every time I go to the OBX I make sure I stop in to eat. The mate on First Crack, the boat we go fishing on, took us there a few years ago and now I am hooked. Like shinamano said I can't help, just wanted to say that place is great!
