    looks great!! . .did you do the mushrooms and onions out on the egg as well? . . when doing trex, i throw my grill wok in the egg after searing the steaks, and while they are resting, i trow the shrooms and onions, and some bell peppers in the grill wok, then pull them out when i put the steaks back in to dwell. ..
