Mad Max's Peach and Blueberry Cobbler Crisp
Hitch

Couldn't help but do this last night after MM's post yesterday.
Came out Perfect. Hint of a fired cook that I absolutely loved. Served with Breyers.

Cut up the fresh peaches, and filled Dutch Oven half way with mix of peaches (15) and 1 pint of fresh blueberries. Sprinkled sugar occasionally for good measure.
Topped the fruit with the combination of chopped butter (2 sticks), 1 and 1/2 cup of flour, and 2 cups of sugar, and 3 tablespoons of cinnamon.
This was right before I pulled it off the egg.
The egg was steady at 350* for a while before it went on for 1 hour.

Right before it went away....

Had some pasta for dinner...family wanted chicken, so they got chicken. First time doing just boneless breasts in some time. Turned out very good. Used some Slap yo Mama seasoning. I wanted spicy italian sausage with mine...so that is what I got. The large was busy with the cobber crisp, so I did the meats on the small...So great!
