We have joined the Egg cult of America, went to the NH eggfest yesterday and pickup our new addition to the family. Brought our precious little, large, one home and introduced her to her new playmate, the egg table I had built and had ready for the new addition. Put the two together and it is like brother and sister have finally met. Tonight will be our maiden voyage into eggland and first thing to be made, mac and cheese. Can't wait to use it on a regular basis.
