i put the ribs on about an hour ago.....

i'm going to foil them with some cider vinegar and honey for an hour and then i'm going to finish one slab with sweet baby ray's and leave the other dry.

i sliced the fresh pineapple last night and seasoned it with dizzy pig pineapple head and i'll be cooking that on the mini tonight.

more pics to follow......

    Looks and sounds delicious!

Can you briefly elaborate on "coffee infused" - ?

the honey and vinegar thing smelled awful. i'm probably going to switch to something safer like some coca cola... pulling them off to foil them in an hour.

dizzy pig has a coffee infused rub. i used that this time, but often times, i'll just grind up some coffee and mix that in with whatever rub concoction i come up with.
