DianaQ brought home baby backs yesterday so I could eggsperiment with them today using Mike's Quick Rib Method. Essentially a shortened 3-1-1 method with higher heat...350 degrees...~gasp~... :ohmy: Shocking! :woohoo: I'm really looking forward to this cook because it's about having some fun and hopefully, some mighty good eats in the end. Here is my 1hr 40min ribs on the mini. Came out great and it was a dry rub. It looks like I sauced them, but I didn't.
