Tonight's dinner - chicken breast

I cooked some chicken breast tonight on the egg, and they came out fantastic. They were actually seasoned last night with some Emeril's chicken rub, but I didn't end up cooking them. So they sat in the refrigerator in a zip lock bag for about 24 hours.
I cooked them indirect at about 350F for 90 minutes. With the last 15 minutes at about 400F. The skin was nice and crispy.
Here are some pics.

Looks great! Can I ask if you 'moved/turned' them at all during the cook? I guess it's a newb question...as I'm assembling my first egg as we speak.
We have a regional sauce here in PA (State Fair Chicken BBQ -out of NY)that puts a nice golden look on like yours.
But that's been for me by constantly turning on my $50 charcoal grill.
Those days are done now that I've got an Egg! -

It was my first cook of chicken breast. I didn't move them or turn them at all. I'm a newb myself.
You are going to love the egg. Have fun -
Thanks
