You're words of encouragement were right. I missed my medication yesterday and almost kissed my favorite family goodbye.
So, enough said, here is tonights cook.

Tilapia, cooked on my new (actually vintage) Dansk Paella pan (I know, sac religious to not Christen it with a recipe for paella) seasoned with Paul Prudhomme's Seafood Magic Seasoning, garlic salt, sauteed in EVOO flipped once and then soaked in Vermouth until done. Remove and serve immediately. Tonight we added corn on the cob and peas, cooked in my other new toy, my Mario Batali 2 cup cast iron double broiler.
If you think that little cast iron pot is HOT, I have a link to amazon on my blogsite if you want one...

Tony:
Your cook looks great. Hope it was as good as it looks…I love fish!!
And for what ever it may be worth…I’m thinking it’s Okay to use pans, skillets, roasters….for different things (so to speak) as long as you’re cooking!
Cookin’ is the key!!
I just did Paella in my “Cast Iron Dutch Oven”!! Hope I’m still on that stairway to heaven after that!?!?! -
Good to see you back....don't let these trolls kill this forum!!
Guilty myself of backing away....it's time for us to 'reclaim' the forum. Seriously....we ALL have to do it!! Looking forward to more posts from you.
