Well ya'll can quit hearing me wine about wanting that Small! Got it today. After cooking on Chris's persional at the after party in OK I went by my dealer and gave him a CD of the Fest and asked him what he wanted for the Small. Told me w/o blinking a rediculas low price. I told him I would buy it somewhere else before I payed him that. Hears something you want hear often but I ended up telling him the LEAST I would pay for it. Price was marked on the Egg. When I got home platsetter, nomax gasket for my Medium along with the spray glue and cleaner, starter sticks and a few other odds and ends were in the Egg!! They don't make them like him any more! Picked up a little over 300 lbs of creat and made a forum and poured the creat for the new Egg.

Congrats on the small. I am really tryin to talk the better half into one. My African Grey never liked anything on his corn either except a little pepper and a hint of butter. Chow looks great by the way. :)

What where they stuffed with? We have cowboy grillers (peppers and pepper jack cheese) or cowgirl grillers (milder stuffing). Nice little ducks.

Sure missed you in OK Molly but not to worry. Your friend, the devil with the big smile and fish bowel, picked up the slack! Really glad I got the Small. You know I have been wanting one for so long.

I get so agrivate sometimes Bruce not having the ability to cook at two differant temps. Like tomorrow I plan on babybacks on the Medium and 250ish and strawberry bread on the small at 350ish. With the Small I can do both at the same time. Pull the bread then say bake the potatoes. Maybe toss on some corn on cob to boot after the potatoes. Not possable with one egg! You still got the gray?

Like I said they came prestuffed and I didn't ask them but it looks like rolled ham with some kind of white cheese and just a little bread stuffing in the middle wrapped in bacon and their house rub. I cooked to 135 and they were spot on!

    Congrats to all
Used some'en presimmon wood last night :woohoo:

Grey had to go when I went out of town and he chewed a hole in the sofa the size of a bowling ball and pulled all the stuffing out. Mrs was not to happy at that point. He would always perch on my drink at the dinner table as well. Miss him.
