Father's Day Cook

Well, when I was asked where I wanted to go to eat for Father's Day, I asked if I could cook for everyone instead :-) I just put on a 6.2 lb bottom round roast using the Naked Whiz's London Broil/Bottom Round recipe, using Dizzy Pig Red Eye Express Rub. I'm a little apprehensive about cooking that big of a roast direct, but I'm trying it.[p]John
