Well, in the midst of my broken egg, I became a golden egger. Sorry it had to be under these circumstances...hehe :(

still looks wonderful but I know it would have been better on the egg. How did you do your flank steak?

Patti, thanks. I sliced it long-wise, then put coating of thin slices of hot capicola, a layer of minced mushrooms and greentails, then a coating of carrot and zuchini sticks..with a little S&P and Shakin the Tree. Rolled it and tied; makes it pretty at least. :P

Oh boy that's terrible...I would be a whole lot more crushed if it were my large; at least I can have a relatively good shot at replacing the mini soon.
