Rolled out the dough that I bought a Trader Joe's, I didn't have any in the fridge, it wouldn't roll out to 12-in. no mater how I tried after 15-min. I quit

Home made sauce and fresh mozzarella cheese

ushrooms, sausage, and parmesan gram padano cheese



On for 12-min. @ 500*+

Tasty but not thin like I like them

Ross... how long did you let it sit out before trying to shape it? Generally it needs to sit out for 1-2 hours (depending on room temp) before you can shape them the way you want to. Now I can't speak personally for Trader Joe's, but when I purchased grocery store dough early on, it was the same with them as well. Looks good anyway.

Looks perfect to me. I love all of the ingredients.
That also made me (again) wish for a Trader Joe's in Houston. There are none in Texas. One of the highlights of going to Albuquerque or Santa Fe is to load the car up with Two Buck Chuck (now $3, I think).__________________________________________Dripping Springs, Texas.Just west of Austintatious -
