I cooked some'en: Cold weather Talopia

Cold is a relative thing. Whats cold to me may be warm to you and vice versa but I don't care in the end...IT'S COLD!! :pinch: The mid 30's for a high and 15-30 mph. Almost chickened out but did manage to toss on a little Talopia. The raws:

Just a fast easy meal by brushing the fish with EVOO, dust with DP's Tsunamia and some cracked pepper. Raised grill at about 250-300 direct with presimmon till flaky.

Add a little wild rice and a salid for a good healthy meal. Don't expect many replys from me tonight. When I hit send on this post I'll be logging on to Turbotax to help pay for some in-laws who just can't seem to hold down a real job and need a little help when they just don't feel like working form Uncle Sam. :angry: Got my W-2, got my bank statments and got my beer. All set. ;)

    I hear ya on the other. :whistle:

    I see patients every week who somehow manage to get on disability (coming out of our paychecks) when they don't have a true disability. When we work SO hard, and our taxes support those who choose NOT to work, it makes me sick! I have compassion for those who are truly disabled, sick or otherwise cannot work, but there are to many who don't make the effort! :(

    Sorry - off the bandwagon.. I hate tax season! :laugh:
