JK's Wild Boar BBQ Sauce Storage?

I just made a half batch of JK's Wild Boars bbq sauce. this is the second time I have made it, and I was wondering how long this is good for in the fridge. Also has anyone tried to can it or bottle it and if so how do you go about it. Thanks for your input?

I make a similiar sauce and it keeps in the frig for a long time. 4-6 months if I don't use it very fast. usually make 1-2 gallons at a time.

Even with no preservatives you trust it for that long?

I always freeze half of the batch and once had one in there for nearly 2 years and it was fine. Certain properties in it do not freeze so it never gets rock hard. Right now I'm still using a batch that I made 9 months ago and it still tastes fine. You'll be OK!Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time

I haven’t made this particular sauce, but I do make a lot of sauces over all. And…Not all get used in a timely fashion.
My take is that they will do well in the fridge. for a week or two, but then take on that “old” flavor and smell.
After about a week, mine go into the freezer and then are good for at least six months…Maybe more
