Well, with all the talk about ABT's today, I've decided to do some.[p]I didn't remove the membrane or seeds. the cream cheese is soft enough to stick on top, and then you can put the chopped meat on top. (I used Briskett). It worked fine. My test ABT came out great! Is wasn't really spicy though, even with the membrane in. I still have high hopes for the rest of them though. These Japapeños are hot ones. With any luck, my hair will sweat.. :-)[p]I just pulled off a briskett that I cooked all day. It was aweswome. I planned to eat grilled Jalapeños with it, but I made them all into ABT's.[p]The ABT's will be another 30 minutes or so...[p]
