Experimented with different heights cooking tonight. My wife don't like burnt cheese so I dropped it down a bit came out crisp on the bottom not burnt on the top..Personally I'm a crispy dude

I did a chicago style with the cheese on bottom, a rolled thin Italian sausage patty as big as the pie topped with sauce and Par-ramano cheese. Tasted great.
