new year's eve dinner

<p />last night it was 2" thick sirloins coated with olive oil, kosher salt and dizzy pig cowlick,done in the traditional trex manner. . .also did up some large shrimp, coated with olive oil, old bay and dizzy pig tsunami spin. . .picture is of the steaks during their 'dwell' and with the shrimp grilling alongside.. .served up with baked potatoes and grill wokked peppers and mushrooms. . an outstanding egged dinner. . .[p]can't wait for later today. . .getting together with buddy brett, nature boy, charbuddy and woodoggies for our own little new years day eggfest. . .i'll be sure to take and post some pics this evening[p]happy new year's everybody
