    Man, those were real good. Them guys (Ed (grillmeister) and his buddy Todd on the right) pumped food out all day too. Happened to catch them doing some prep! I think it is safe to say that these guys had about the best time two guys could have. Period. They also sent a bunch of people down to me lookin for Jamaican Firewalk. Yowza.[p]Glad we got some time to hang out, Jim. Best of luck at the competition!!

    <p />JSlot,[p]Thanks for the kind words. What a weekend!! I must say, those BGE folks put on a first class show.[p]It was a blast. Todd and I smoked over 300 ABT's on the half shell before they took our egg away. We never did finish off those 11 pounds of Texas Jalapenos. I'll post the the recipe in a separate thread.[p]Cheers!

    Nature Boy,[p]Thanks for the pic. This musta been early on before my sunburn set in. Luckly two Egghead hats magically appeared and my egghead was protected.[p]It was great fun and your Jamaican Firewalk Rocks! I'll be using it this weekend again in Texas at the Texas Eggfest/World of Texas BBQ Cookoff in Temple.
