Flights will be different this year. Mike is flying out of Maine and we are going out of Buffalo. Last year we waited for Mike to get to Toronto so we could go together.

I would love to Pat but I think I'm going to wait and see what Bubba Tim and PBM come up with. My legs are not happy traveling very far and the mini would be a good 5 hours each way. I also have a very limited income and would want to camp out. It's not the best season to sleep in a tent so I think I will be patient and wait. The State park in Ocala sounded like a great place and time and hope next years is at a park with good camping also. Till then I have to be content with enjoying the view from here. It's always entertaining.

Steve, is he going out of Bangor or Portland? we fly out of Portland Wed morning. did not have enough F Flyer points to do both out of Bangor. how stupid is that. but the flight is longer to bangor and we are home fast by doing Portland and driving 2 hours north anyways LOL

Julie is just watching and saving her excitement for Atlanta. I will not hound, pest or Whine till then. besides I have not told Neil yet that we are going :pinch: he is not much of a pre planner and if I had waited even one day for him to make up his mind then look where we would be!

I think they should have it at Stone Mountain Park like the Miller lite chili cook off...tons of room...great hotel right in the park...venue for the meet-n-greet right at the hotel..it could be an open registration...1000's of eggers....oh the madness...it would work i tell ya.. :woohoo:

Why does the term 'cult' seem so offensive to some people around here?

Various Definitions from a few sources:

a) an instance of veneration of a person, ideal, or thing, esp. as manifested by a body of admirers.

b) a group bound together by veneration of the same thing, person, ideal, etc.

c) devoted attachment to, or extravagant admiration for, a person, principle or lifestyle, especially when regarded as a fad


And venerate just means to revere or respect something.

Is this not a group of people bound together by respect and admiration of the same thing (the BGE)?

Are we not attached and devoted to our eggs?

Hey now, I pay homage to cow at least once a week.

I hold a big ceremony with fire and everything. It's really a thing of beauty. Sometimes I even break out my grass skirt.
