Hey Bacchus...Poor Man's Pork Wellington

I made these way back when I was even dumber than I am now. I used a Mad Max concoction to stuff with...maybe he can enlighten me again as Ididn't write anything down. I also used pastry sheeys where I probably should have done phyllo dough. But, if memory serves, it came out quite tasty. Don't ask me how I cooked them....I probably just adapted an oven recipe for time and temp. Here's a step by step.
