tonight's supper DIRTY chicken

yeap got the chicken all DIRTY with the new BAYOU DIRT!

man that stuff is sooooooo good on chicken,very tasty and has a great kick to it!even sprinkled it on some pizza today!
cooked the bird direct 350 dome on the small and cranked her up to 400ish for the last 10 minutes.

    Looks great Mike. I didn't get a chance to try the dirt tonight (long story).

    I am looking forward to trying the crabby dirt on some slue crabs next week.

    All I can say is it sure smells good.

    My wife's vehicle wound up ruining my cooking plans for tonight so the rub remains unused for now. A 2007 model with under 14K miles (that's probably about a million or so kilometers) had the rear end go out on it so I had to deal with that crap and get it to the shop.

    What a nightmare. At least it's got a hemi....
