We are going to a friend's cabin this weekend, and I'd like to serve some ABT's. I have left over pulled pork on hand. They only have a weber kettle at the cabin. Should I make the ABT's on on the egg on Friday and re-heat at their place? If so, how would I re-heat?

Or, is it possible to cook them on a weber kettle?

thanks

I have cooked them on a Weber Kettle many times. It works good just use indirect heat. ;)
  • I have cooked them in the egg and reheated them in a toaster oven and they turned out fine. I see no reason why you coulnd't cook them at home on the egg and reheat on the webber.

  • They should turn out just fine either way you do them.
