Tomorrow's Ribs

Due to time constraints, I have to cook our ribs ( six slabs) for tomorrow this evening. If I wrap them in foil for the last hour and take them off and put them in a cooler (no ice), will they be o.k. for tomorrow? I have never had to do this but I have no choice so I'm trying to make the best of it. Do they need to be refrigerated or will in a cooler hot & wrapped be o.k.? They'll probably be there for about 12 hours. Any other suggestions or advice to make the best out of this dilemma is welcomed.

Cook and sauce as normal. Go ahead and cut them up. Put them in an aluminum pan with 8-10oz apple juice and foil. Reheat in oven at 250. They will be great.
