Toninght's meal (Beef roast) was fantastic. I followed Cat's suggestion, cooking the eye of round direct. I put the mustard coated roast on at about 180* dome temp, letting the temp slowly climb to 300*. After about 40 minutes, I flipped her over and waited to internat temp to reach 130*. Roast was medium rare on the thinner side and rare in the thick end. Taste was fantastis. Total cook time just obver 1 hour and 10 minutes. The sausage with shrimp appatizer was a hit also![p]You guys (gals) are great!
