As some of you may have read this morning, I panicked when the brisket I was smoking ended up being done at 0730 this morning, I tried to coax others to help me rationalize leaving it in the cooler for tonight's dinner. After some sage advice, I took it out of the cooler and put it in the fridge after 3 hours.

I then heated it up in the micro with some Squealer's bbq sauce accompanied with Chris Lilly's warm potato salad (link posted by Spring Chicken this morning) and some Santa Maria style beans made with navy beans instead of piquintos.

All very yummy.
