We smoked a nice slab of pork ribs with maple lump and mesuite chunks(seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and onion pwder, and cyanne) for 2 hrs and 15 minutes.....and ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh man, we were in heaven! Pic results will be posted by the end of the week.
We also had some Finger Likin' Tom's marinated chicken....and let me tell u..that chicken was like a party in my mouth, and everyone was invited!...and our great meal was awesomely complimented by a potatoe salad that Cornfed got from a cook book written by Julia Childs and some guy by the name of "Jock"( some frenchman)
Can't wait to post the pics of this GREAT EGG WEEKEND!
YEAHHHHHHH! U!! S!! A!!... U!!! S!!! A!!!

Smokin' Todd,
For anyone interested, the Frenchman's name is Jacques Pepin and he and Julia have done a great book.
