OT - Chubby\'s Occasional Absence

Has anyone besides me noticed that when Chubby is incognito (probably on one of his clandestine missions for the ICA 'code'), that the price of gas and lump goes up? There's got to be a connection.

    I spoke to him and his lovely bride yesterday (must have been from his secret bunker or something as the cell signal was very week).

    He started talking about some high tech electrical stuff he was working on (to save the world or something). Anyway, it had my head spinning!

    Needless to say he is alive and well, but probably on another special mission and traveling incognito!
