Yesterday's dinner party... some goodies

Hey all:

You can see all the photos from saturday's dinner party here.

The menu was:

Smoked salmon (lox), "en brioche", with quail eggs.
Salmon "confit", with orange confit, caviar and spinach coulis.
Crab fingers, spanish spicy chorizo, sheep idiazabal, macadamia.
Seared sea scallops, duck confit, caramelized oyster mushrooms.
Seared tenderloin, curry lentils.
Crème Brûlée, raspberrys, chocolate
