Yesterday's dinner party... some goodies

Hey all:
You can see all the photos from saturday's dinner party here.
The menu was:
Smoked salmon (lox), "en brioche", with quail eggs.
Salmon "confit", with orange confit, caviar and spinach coulis.
Crab fingers, spanish spicy chorizo, sheep idiazabal, macadamia.
Seared sea scallops, duck confit, caramelized oyster mushrooms.
Seared tenderloin, curry lentils.
Crème Brûlée, raspberrys, chocolate

Thank you for sharing Pato! I always check out your posts as they are always so interesting! They have such a nice combo of flavors, textures and colors. You have very lucky dinner guests! I love lentils and you do not see them used much in "fine" dining

I know, lentils aren't used as much and they are soo good AND healthy... these variation had curry in them and the flavor combination was amazing... truly recommended...
