There's a local meat packer here called Rabers which makes a ground pork patty that is a favorite in our home. I wet the meat and then hit with a favorite rub. On the egg direct at 375 for 4/4/2. That last 2 minutes is to melt a slice of hot pepper cheese. Top that with grilled onions and a bun with a favorite BBQ sauce. I gotta tell you - that is one terrific tasting sandwich!
